意外惊喜。。。。不得不激动一下. 2010年的Hong Kong Young Writers Award 的9岁年龄组以下的Non-Fiction 的奖竟然被我家萱萱得了。全香港60个国际学校参加哦。还是个带title 的奖The Thomson Reuters Prize。

Dear Pauline, (萱萱学校的校长)

Greetings from the Hong Kong Young Writers Awards! Thank you for waiting so patiently for the results. I know that the students have been very anxious to find out if they’ve won or been published.

I am pleased to let you know that the following students from Clearwater Bay School have been published in New Tales of the South China Sea, the 2010 Hong Kong Young Writers Awards anthology:

1.      F.B. (据娃她爸说, 不能写人家的全名)

2.      Alantha Z.

Additionally, Alantha is the winner of The Thomson Reuters Prize for Non-Fiction – 9 and under. Congratulations Alantha!

It is a tremendous accomplishment for these writers to have been published at such a young age, so congratulations!

The published writers named in this email are invited to attend an awards ceremony and book launch on April 23rd, at which they can collect the anthology and celebrate their accomplishments with fellow writers. Nury Vittachi will be present as our keynote speaker.

    Hi

Congratulations to your daughter, my son has won the price of The Bookazine Prize for Fiction – 9 and under. He is now studying in Beacon Hill School, same ESF group as your daughter. I think ESF should be proud of them.
